Circles
There is power in numbers, and meditating
in groups helps support and amplify spiritual
energy and can result in more profound experiences.
Many people also find it easier to meditate
when supported by the energy of others meditating
in the same space. This group offers the
opportunity to participate in both guided
and self-directed meditations in a safe
and caring environment. We offer circles
for adults and for families with children
ages 8+. |
